I can’t believe how far we’ve come (both this year and in our 4 years in business). If I could have predicted this all would be a reality 4 years ago, I probably wouldn’t have believed you.
It’s because of our amazing Curators and customers that we’ve been able to grow 20% every year. That’s 20% more people positively impacted and 20% more sustainable choices made. I hope you can realize what an important part you play in this incredible story.
When I’m able to travel to meet with our partners around the world, I take each and every one of you with me in my heart. You are the reason we’re able to have this impact. I am so grateful for that and for you.
In 2018, we:
- Added a new apparel line
- Surpassed the big 100,000 products purchased milestone
- Began growing our Instagram following
- Partnered with new artisans (in both current and new countries for us)
- Revamped our Pinterest page
- Met countless incredible people
- Created an impact on countless lives
A lot of companies do a year-in-review around this time. For me, the end of the year means so much more. It’s a time to reflect on all of the amazing things we’ve accomplished, together. It’s a time to recognize the real lives we’ve changed through our thoughtful purchases. And it’s a time to remember that we’re all in this together and that making sustainable choices can have positive impacts far beyond ourselves.
I’ve been using this “downtime” after our holiday rush to reflect on how we can show our appreciation (besides just creating more amazing new styles for you - that’s a given!) I have some ideas, we’ll save those surprises for January.
