Returns for retail purchases
I Thought of You will accept the return of unworn and unused product in salable condition within 60 days of shipment. Product must be accompanied by its original proof of purchase and include all packaging. We’ll be happy to issue a product credit so you can pick out something else. Shipping charges are not refundable. If your order included free shipping, our standard shipping charge of $8.95 will be deducted from your credit amount. We recommend that customers ship returns in a way that is trackable as we are not responsible for returns lost in the mail. Returns cannot be accepted on items received more than 60 days after the original shipment date. Lost items, items damaged due to normal wear and tear and/or neglect are not covered under our return policy.
Certain items may not be eligible for return. This includes gift cards, items marked “Final Sale” within the item description, and items purchased with reward credit. Due to the limited nature of items in our Hope Boxes, all sales are final are not eligible for return or exchange. Subscriptions may be cancelled at anytime at least 5 days prior to the next billing cycle. Hope Boxes are billed on the “anniversary” date of first purchase and items will ship approximately 1-3 days following.
We’re sure our new Curators will love the items in our Starter Kits and will love selling items that help sustain people around the world. If you’ve changed your mind after purchasing your kit, you have the opportunity to return it for a refund of a product credit within 30 days of the original ship date, minus a 20% restocking fee. To be eligible for a refund, all items including marketing materials and business supplies must be returned in salable condition.

Returns for wholesale purchases
Please note that all wholesale orders are subject to actual shipping costs. Wholesale orders will be invoiced for shipping costs and payment is due 30 days from ship date.

If your order was shipped during a free shipping promotion, actual shipping costs will be deducted from your credit amount. If a partial return is desired, shipping costs will be pro-rated per product.
